Representatives of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) visited the Electrical Engineering Faculty of the University of East Sarajevo. The visit and working meeting were realized within the project "Development of digital villages in Bosnia and Herzegovina", in the implementation of which experts from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Agriculture were engaged. The project is part of the global FAO initiative "1000 Digital Villages". The management of the Faculty presented the capacities and activities carried out in the field of digitization of agriculture, and possible joint activities were discussed. The FAO delegation was led by Mr. Vlado Pijunović, head of the national office in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with staff and expert consultants from the Regional FAO Office for Europe and Central Asia based in Budapest."
