On February 3, 2023 representatives of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering (ETF) of the University of East Sarajevo, dean, prof. Božidar Popović and vice dean for teaching, prof. Srđan Lale, with BiH Ambassador to Japan Siniša Berjan, visited the world-famous multinational Fujitsu Corporation in Yokohama. This corporation, founded back in 1935, is engaged in the production of information and telecommunication equipment.

With the management of the Fujitsu Corporation (Youji Sakamoto, Head of Factory, Shinnosuke Okubo, Head of Emerging Technology), which is one of the world's leading corporations in the field of IT technologies, there was a discussion about professional practice for ETF students, as well as organizing study visits. The ETF delegation had the opportunity to get acquainted with the corporation's work, its products, history, and operations.
