
Today, in the amphitheater "Prof. Dr. Veljko Vuletić" at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the University of East Sarajevo, a formal Promotion of Graduated Engineers and Masters in Electrical Engineering was held. In total, 4 master's degrees and 44 engineering degrees were promoted.








































Dean of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, prof. Dr. Božidar Popović congratulated the graduates and expressed his belief that they will be employed as soon as possible thanks to, among other things, the successful cooperation that the Faculty traditionally achieves with the economy, as well as that they will continue to improve professionally.
"I want to thank my colleagues from the Faculty of Electronics from Niš who came to celebrate this day, as well as my colleagues from other universities in the area, which shows that we have become an important faculty both in the Republic of Srpska and in the region, as well as the representatives of the company 'Lanako', who equipped the computer room with 17 new computers," said Dean Popović.
He expressed the hope that, in addition to ETF establishing itself as a serious scientific institution, it will have a larger number of students, and that together they will build higher education, and with the help of the economy, the economic capacities that Srpska and the surrounding area need.
Dean Popović pointed out that the planned enrollment in the new academic year is 100 students in three study programs - Automation and Electronics, Electrical Power and Computing and Informatics, as well as that next year the opening of a study program in English is planned, which would create opportunities for students to study here. from all over the world.
Rector of the University of East Sarajevo, prof. Dr. Milan Kulić congratulated the promoted students, pointing out that they achieved great success, but also that they chose a profession that requires constant improvement and advancement, and wished them success and happiness in their family and business life.
A student of the ETF generation of the University of East Sarajevo, Nemanja Dobranić, with an average grade of 9.64, said that it is a great pleasure and honor for him to be the holder of this title, as well as that during his studies he acquired knowledge that will be of great use to him in future work and professional development.
"The faculty produces a large professional staff due to the fact that it has significant human resources, professional teaching staff, as well as excellent material and technical conditions. Our colleagues are extremely recognized after completing their studies and quickly find their first job and advance professionally on the labor market," said Dobranić, who is currently employed as a software engineer in a local company and plans to further his training.
Milica Vuković, who graduated from the Computer Science and Informatics department at ETF, pointed out that she currently works at this faculty as an assistant.
"The faculty is demanding and requires a lot of effort and work, but it also offers many benefits, such as student exchange programs, and I spent one semester at a university in Spain." "My recommendation to future freshmen is to enroll in ETF in East Sarajevo," said Vuković.
The ceremonial promotion of ETF graduates was attended by the deans of the faculty, the president of the East Sarajevo City Assembly Branko Koroman, the mayors of the municipality of East Novo Sarajevo Jovan Katić and Pala Boško Jugović, the deputy mayor of the municipality of East Ilidža Miroslav Lučić, as well as representatives of the economic, cultural and public life of the city.
