m:tel provided the funds and carried out the reconstruction of the classroom at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in East Sarajevo

As a company that has a proven track record of caring for the community in which it operates, and that selflessly invests in science and education, with the aim of providing the best possible conditions for the work and training of students, this year m:tel donated funds for the adaptation and renovation of the classrooms of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in East Sarajevo.

After Banjaluka, on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, the director of the m:tel company, Jelena Trivan, together with the dean of ETF East Sarajevo, Božidar Popović, in the presence of professors, students, guests and the media, solemnly opened another recently renovated classroom at this faculty.

"I like investing in education the most, because I used to be a teacher. This is one of my favorite projects. We helped ETF Banjaluka and ETF East Sarajevo to create classrooms worthy of decent work and learning. Next month, we are announcing a call for scholarships, and it is students from this faculty who are our most frequent scholarship recipients, who after scholarships and internships start their careers at m:tel as engineers. We are not inviting you to do bad things, we are inviting you to one of the best jobs and we are giving you the motivation to be good and successful in everything, we are waiting for you", said the general director of m:tel, Jelena Trivan, to the present students.

Božidar Popović, dean of this higher education institution, with which the company m:tel has a long-standing successful cooperation, expressed his satisfaction that the traditional friendship and long-term cooperation between the company m:tel and ETF East Sarajevo continues and develops more and more every year. "I will not be modest today. This is the most beautiful computer classroom in the entire region. Our friends and colleagues who visit us from Vienna to Japan are delighted with what we have here. I am proud of our friends from m:tel and our cooperation", said Popović and told the present students that now they have all the conditions to study and be the best.

In the future, the company m:tel will continue cooperation with higher education institutions both through financial support and through successful practice projects, m:stpendies, exchange of knowledge and experience through professional lectures, mentoring, and through various business cooperation programs.
